Accessibility Statement
Advize Branding & Innovation Agency | trueadvize.com | Effective Date: April 5, 2026
Our Commitment
Advize Branding & Innovation Agency is committed to ensuring that our website, trueadvize.com, is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive digital experience that allows everyone to access our content, services, and information.
We are actively working to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility.
Accessibility Standards
Our target standard is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which addresses four principles:
Perceivable: Non-text content includes descriptive alt text. Video content includes captions or transcripts where applicable. Content can be presented in different ways without losing information. Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text) are maintained.
Operable: All interactive elements and navigation are fully operable using a keyboard alone. Users are given adequate time to read and interact with content. Content avoids flashing elements that could cause seizures. Clear and consistent navigation with descriptive page titles, logical heading hierarchy, and visible focus indicators.
Understandable: Text content is written in clear, plain language. Web pages operate and appear in predictable ways. Forms include clear labels, instructions, and error messages.
Robust: Content is developed using valid, semantic HTML to maximize compatibility with assistive technologies including screen readers, magnifiers, and voice recognition software.
Measures We Take
Design and Development: Accessibility is integrated into our processes from the outset.
Semantic HTML: We use proper heading structures, landmark elements, ARIA labels, and semantic markup.
Color and Contrast: We maintain WCAG-compliant color contrast ratios throughout the Site.
Responsive Design: The Site is usable across devices and screen sizes.
Focus Management: Interactive elements have visible focus indicators for keyboard users.
Form Accessibility: All form fields include associated labels and clear error messages.
Link Clarity: Links are descriptive and distinguishable from surrounding text.
Ongoing Review: We periodically review and test our Site for accessibility compliance.
Third-Party Content
Our Site integrates with Cal.com (appointment scheduling), Stripe (payment processing), and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram). While we select third-party tools with accessibility in mind, we cannot guarantee that all external content meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Users who encounter accessibility barriers with third-party features may contact us for alternative assistance.
Known Limitations
Embedded scheduling widget (Cal.com): May not fully meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. Contact us directly to schedule appointments if needed.
Video content: Some older video content may not yet have captions or audio descriptions. We are working to add these.
PDF documents: Some downloadable documents may not be fully accessible. We can provide accessible alternatives upon request.
