Overview
Advize Branding & Innovation Agency provides professional services — including branding, advertising, media production, AI workflows, website development, video production, billboard advertising, and business consulting — on a contractual basis.
Because each engagement is unique, refund and cancellation terms are governed primarily by the specific Service Agreement executed between Advize and the Client. This policy outlines our general framework and guidelines.
We do not sell physical or digital products. All work is performed as a professional service under individually negotiated contracts.
Service Agreements Govern
Each client engagement is defined by a Service Agreement that specifies scope of work, payment schedule, deposit requirements, cancellation terms, and any engagement-specific refund provisions. In the event of a conflict between this policy and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.
Deposits
Project-based services (website development, graphic design, branding, video production): A deposit of 20% of the total project fee is typically required before work commences.
Recurring/Subscription services (billboard advertising, managed marketing campaigns, retainer consulting): Prepayment is required on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as defined in the Service Agreement.
Cancellation
To cancel, you must provide written notice to info@TrueAdvize.com or +1 (833) 423-8493. Verbal cancellations must be followed by written confirmation. The notice period and effective date are defined in your Service Agreement.
Refund Policy
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis taking into account the terms of the Service Agreement, work completed at time of cancellation, resources already allocated, third-party costs incurred, and project stage relative to agreed milestones.
Project-Based Services:
Cancellation before work begins: Deposit may be refundable minus an administrative fee.
Cancellation after work has commenced: Refund based on value of work not yet performed. Completed work is non-refundable.
Completed deliverables: No refund available.
Client-caused delays: Refunds are not available for delays caused by the Client.
Recurring/Subscription Services:
Cancellation before service period: Prepaid fees may be refundable.
Cancellation during active period: Services continue through end of paid period. Refunds for partial periods are generally not provided.
Billboard and media placements: Once booked, those costs are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items: Third-party costs (ad spend, stock licenses, domains, hosting), completed and delivered work, rush fees, and consultation sessions already conducted.
Refund Process
To request a refund, email info@TrueAdvize.com with your name, company name, project or service in question, reason for the request, and relevant invoice references.
We will acknowledge within 5 business days and provide a determination within 15 business days.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method: Stripe/credit card (5-10 business days), bank transfer (10-15 business days).
Advize's Right to Cancel
Advize may cancel a Service Agreement for non-payment, material breach by the Client, failure to provide materials after repeated requests, or if continuing the engagement would require acting unethically or illegally.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund determination, contact info@TrueAdvize.com with additional information or escalate per your Service Agreement or our Terms and Conditions.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or California consumer protection laws.
